Sorry

I would like to apologise for my insolent behaviour earlier on.
I would like to extend my apologies to the English Department and Ms Darrell for my rude and ruthless comments over the success of NY's GP standard.
It is very bad of me to criticise the achievements and question the professionalism of the tutors. What I did was a serious moment of folly and it will not happen again.
Perhaps what I wrote has already done serious damage, but with this apology I hope that i can at least savour and rectify the problem before it gets any worse.
I know that I am old enought to understand the seriousness of this matter, and with that, I will end the problem from where I started it.
Extending a very apologetic apology to those affected, especially Ms Darrell, whom I believe I hurt real badly.

Recently in the news was this scrapping of the EM3 thing..
Dunno whether izit good anot.. but i still forsee that it will not solve the problem..
Why was streaming imposed in the first place? It was to seperate pupils of different capabilities to suit their different learning abilities..
Scrapping streaming will no doubt bring us back to square one... Different people with different learning capabilities in the same class..
Weaker students will still be despised.. They in turn will be looked down by teachers as they pull the whole class's results down.. The problem of dicrimination and prejudice will still be there.. Well, maybe it will not be seen that clearly to the putside world..
Government officials come from top schools, sometimes i even wonder do they even understand students who are not as fortunate as them.. Meritocracy, isnt it?? In other words, its called filtering.. That is why there is ranking..
Scrapping streaming wont help.. Classes will still be set in such a way that Class A will be better than Class B and so on.. Raffles will still be the best..
one day, when there is no prejudice will see RI accepting a 150 score student and HCI accepting a 20 pointer..
Because of meritocracy, is the government managed to filter out the elites to help them.. But how many elites can there be? 1 out of 1000? 10000? what about the rest??? the thousands who are not considered elites?? The government then start to bring in foreign talents.. But why?? Brg them in to further wreck the ricebowls of the non-elites?? So the government cannot complain too much when people strated to emigrate.. "Losing talents to other countries".. What rubbish.. take the violinist for an example then.. Is 5000 bucks more significant than an Arts talent, or is he not born with a silver spoon in his mouth?? why not, as Mdm Tan says, just charge him with community service? This fine thing, how will the other countries look at Singapore?? Law?? Then why is Christopher Lee escaped unpunished(or maybe fairly) for drink-driving?
Prejudice or 'jie ji zhi fen', 'ping fu xuan shu' has existed since the civilisation of Man.. And the most ironical part is, no matter how Man improves.. The problem worsens.. Is Man really that great?? Not to forget, we are the 'plague' of the natural habitats..we are the destructors.. Terminators..
